The hotel is conveniently located on the Monongahela riverfront, next to major shopping and dining centers, Costco, and a movie theater. The rooms were mostly clean and comfortable, although a better vacuuming is needed. The service was friendly and helpful overall, but there was an incident of being scolded for being in the hallway. The dining experience was subpar with overpriced items at the on-site store. The hotel's location is excellent for those seeking a vibrant shopping and nightlife area in Pittsburgh.

My stay at the hotel was quite good overall. The room was clean and comfortable, although I was a bit put off by a few stray hairs near the tub. The room was large with a small sofa, a work desk, and a small balcony overlooking the Monongahela River. I enjoyed the view from the balcony, even though I didn't spend much time there.

The service was professional and accommodating, with the staff being wonderful, patient, and kind. They explained everything clearly and even offered a late check out. The staff was very friendly and gracious, which was especially impressive given our late arrival at 1 am.

Waking up each morning to the beautiful snowy river view with the hotel fire pit going was truly welcoming. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, offering a comfortable stay.
