Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is conveniently located on the Monongahela riverfront, next to major shopping and dining centers, Costco, and a movie theater. The rooms were mostly clean and comfortable, although a better vacuuming is needed. The service was friendly and helpful overall, but there was an incident of being scolded for being in the hallway. The dining experience was subpar with overpriced items at the on-site store. The hotel's location is excellent for those seeking a vibrant shopping and nightlife area in Pittsburgh.
My stay at the hotel was quite good overall. The room was clean and comfortable, although I was a bit put off by a few stray hairs near the tub. The service was top-notch, with the staff being professional, friendly, and accommodating. The location by the Monongahela River was convenient, although a bit messy. The dining experience was okay, but I felt it was a bit of a rip-off in terms of value for money.
Waking up each morning to the beautiful snowy river view with the hotel fire pit going was truly welcoming. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, offering a comfortable stay. The service, especially from Eric and Patrick, was kind and accommodating. The hotel's location was great for dining and relaxation, perfect for attending the Taco Margarita Festival. The dining experience offered delicious options like fruit, cereal, and more, making for a satisfying stay overall.
